Here’s how it works: With Manychat, you post as you normally would, and invite engagement with a simple call to action (CTA). Your CTA includes a keyword, like the word FREEBIE. This keyword is set up in Manychat (as you'll see in the video below). When someone comments your keyword on your post or Reel (this also works in stories!), Manychat sends a DM with more information to the person who commented. Rinse and repeat!
